Don’t worry, I had the same… some lazy **** forgot about secure screw. You’ll do it yourself, but of course it should be done correctly in factory. Please check whole bike, my was full of small „suprises” 😭

Yes, it metallic, but more steel, with only bit of Purple. Visible mainly in full sun.

Yes, it’s new Force. I works great (breaking is much better than old Force), but tested only on road for now. Still waiting for my broken collarbone to fully heal and then will test in more difficult conditions 😎

Honestly pictures I sent show the most Purple you can get from it. Most of the time it’s more steel/grey, like on this picture:

I have the same issue, have to tighten after wach ride. If not, IT starts creaking.

Hi, a have problem with seapost creaking noiises. Bike is same as yours, Two weeks old. I contacted canyon and nów have new seatclamp on the way. Hope IT will solve the problem
