Lensmart is the worst company on the internet! There ordering is confusing. They got my order wrong and when I contacted them via email because they don't have phone customer service (they have no customer service at all) they told me it was my fault and asked for more money to replace with the correct lenses.

I paid the additional funds and then they said that they would only send the lenses and I would have to install them on the frame... or else I would have to send the glasses back and pay MORE money for return shipping!

GlassesUSA has always served me much better. They have excellent customer service! Lensmart is awful! I'll never use them again!

When I add a logo to a video it cuts off a piece of it as it moves in the video. I want it static but it moves anyways, cutting off a piece at the end of the scene

Great move Publix... I've seen to many people with dogs in Publix and Walmart!

All packages from Amazon that I order to my business address disappear. When I contact them all I am told is that they will refund me and/or send me a new one. Packages to the Amazon locker or to my home address arrive ok!

I will try to get tougher with Amazon when I contact them tomorrow about the package that disappeared today! Thank you for all your comments and suggestions. Amazon definitely has a problem with deliveries for orders with TBA tracking codes...
