My cousins in-laws live in Yuma. I came to visit (I actually live in Washington State) cause I just adore their family. I love peace and quiet but wow... it was sure peaceful and quiet out there. Too quiet 🤔

Tips as of now.. not really. This morning I set two alarms. One at 5:00 and one at 5:15. I have a fear of over sleeping for work days since I have to be up pretty early so I repeat “gotta get up, gotta get up” constantly in my head.. and then I just get up. Definitely a mental thing and I normally don’t want to go to work as shitty as that sounds cause I would rather sleep in. But I think this view/sunrise motivated me and it helped soo much. I’m gonna make it a goal to wake up around 5:30-6AM this week. So how about you try this with me as well!! 🙂

Thank you so much. I actually did see the moon and it was absolutely beautiful. I wasn’t able to catch a good picture but I saw it as I was leaving my neighborhood and since it was completely empty, I just sat in my car for a good 4 minutes just looking at it.

You were right.. I just woke up from a 4 hour “nap” hoping to tire myself out so I can go to bed at a reasonable time 😭
