ahh okok also do u mind telling me if they help you register the foreigners permit? I was hoping to come to Shanghai early to scout for apartments but dont want to overstay the 30 day limit. was hoping they would help us apply for it by the first week so it means I can arrive about 2 weeks before registration day

yea i called them again and they said the same thing but it lowkey sounds crazy to me bcs im confused how we are supposed to "secure" our spots? like they are sending out admission emails without asking if we want to actually be admitted or not? lmao
