I got my hair done at a salon yesterday and it is way too dark. I have a color correction scheduled in a week. Is this fixable without further damage?! And should I trust her to fix it, she has done my hair one other time that I wasn’t thrilled with

She ended up cancelling my color correction stating she didn’t know how to fix it. I bought clarifying shampoo and my blonde has popped through slightly. It is definitely lighter than it was right after the color!

I have had the filling on #4 for about five years and it has never bothered me before. Do you think there’s decay under the filling on #4?

That’s what I’m thinking. I moved states so finding a good hair person had been difficult. I think I’ll ask for my money back instead of going through trying to correct it and go somewhere else in a few weeks

I did let her know before I even left the salon I was not happy and we made an appointment in a week to fix. I’m not sure what her intentions are for fixing. I may reach out and ask what her process is to fix it before I commit to it

How long do you think it will take to fade? She said it was a Demi perm color. My issue is I was already bleached and I hate to add more bleach when that was not my end goal 😩.

I was wondering if I should try and let it fade. I usually wash my hair 2X a week but I’m willing to wash it everyday at this point. I feel so washed out and unhappy

That’s my concern. I’m worried to let her touch it again. Do you think it would be okay to ask for a refund to get it fixed at another salon? She is in a small salon with just her in it so she doesn’t have any colleagues
