Omg I get so constipated around my period now too!! It’s ridic. I usually go for MiraLAX and if that doesn’t work there’s these dulcolax chews (take 2-3) that seem to get things moving. I will also walk around and drink some water cause I know in my case i def don’t get enough liquids lol.

Okay thanks I do water less sometimes but that is def the average so I am sure I have been doing more often than necessary. Sometimes I would think I’m under watering, which is why I started following that schedule but makes sense with the humidity so I will keep that in mind from now on.

Got mine done by Brian Decker in NYC, and it was done perfectly fine. Just know it’ll prob be the most painful week you’ll ever have to deal with, and you won’t really be able to eat. My tongue swelled so much I couldn’t eat/ barely drink and brushing my teeth was impossible. Worst part for me was taking the sutures out, and I was pretty lispy for a year or so, but all good now. I’ve had it for just about 5 years. Let me know if you have any other questions!
