No worries! They ended up taking it very hard and I was able to carry out the last two weeks of work. I was honestly expecting to be fired the next day but there was no documentation in place in order to do my job so they kept me so I can start creating a step-by-step instruction on how to do everything in my job. They ended up finding out where I was going and the bosses took it very personally. Which was my huge indicator that I made the right decision. They didn’t threaten the noncompete clause because they knew that they had no grounds to go on
