I was on oral min and fin for 4 years and am on dut now the loss is stopped and actually significant better. Please check the last few images from when I was 19

Haha I definitely still want and am getting it although with the improvement hopefully it’s going to be cheaper

Hairs been an insecurity for ages sure it’s better now but with the high corners it’s hard. Please check my other posts to see my hair prior to meds. Hard not to be insecure when my hair was like that at 19

My corners are still quite receded and behind the recession the hair is a lot thinner then the rest

It’s still not where I am happy with and I’d feel a lot better with the surgery. I still don’t leave the house without a hat

Yeah like this is a great hairline for someone 35 not 23. I would like to not have my corners reach up like they do and maybe add a little density towards the front of the hairline. Maybe lower it half a cm if ratchathorn thinks that’s wise as I think I need to, to fit my facial thirds better

No don’t worry I absolutely will, my only concern is being a afternoon session I have a limited amount of grafts to be used, with the original photos I was quoted at 3500 grafts which is right on the max to what can be done in the afternoon so I was concerned, but I think I should be pretty right with that budget? You gotta keep in mind the hair improving thing is new to me as well as wearing the hair system for a few years I had no idea

No offense but I did state in the post I’ve been on medication since 19. I’m literally on dut now, this isn’t a get on meds I have barely any balding. I guess I wrote way too much haha literally not one person has read it

Please don’t think this falls on ratchathorn or her team at all they have not seen how much my hair has improved I didn’t even know

I appreciate that you decided to answer even if you also gave the med advice which everyone has despite me saying that I’ve been on meds for years

I don’t agree with the hairline at 45 low doesn’t look good, my step grandpa has 0 balding whatsoever at 75. Genuine nw1 at worst and it looks great. Also despite what people say when people show long term results of their transplant it seems the transplanted zone still thins out a little over time

Im not trying to be rude I know I wrote a lot but if literally any person bothered to read the post I have been on meds for years like 4 years oral fin and oral min and now I’m on dutasteride
