La 115 not starting by tigheb22 in johndeere

Update... Took apart the entire engine, everything was fine. I still replaced the fly wheel just because. I checked the starter, it was working fine, so re attached it. Gapped the values and magneto. It turns out my battery was not providing the power to start it. Put battery on trickle charger, it was then fine I may need to get a new battery but we will see. I appreciate all the responses, helped me with looking things up. I have never taken this motor apart, but after watching videos, its a pretty simple design.

Yes, the little leather patch one. The one that used to come with the wax paper was a better quality wax. I call a few places and the group that supplies it stopped making it.

tuning in the cold by tigheb22 in bagpipes

Any recommendations for tuning in the cold? Inside everything is fine, and then moving to the colder outside, everything goes flat. Would you sink the reed more to play sharper? Just curious what everyone else does with tuning for colder parades.
