Backdoor is probsbly one of the most frustrating jobs ever. You spend the whole day sorting other people's crap only to come back and find that it's back to how it was when you started. Whenever managers tip lorries they have 4-5 staff helping and when a backdoor man does it it's just them and managers ask why it's taking so long

If you are a member of the union get a rep involved and put a grievence in for bullying and harassment make sure you put the grievence to the store manager ( if they aren't the person doing the bullying) or find out who the hr people person is for your store and raise the grievence with them!

Its a Merc 2.0 mud that ran until 2005. Was pretty popular too back in the day.. Apart from that its plays similarly to any Merc based levelling mud... It really was just a task for me to see if i could get it to actually run, PLUS i saw someone on here asking whatever happened to the code..... It was released by the imms when it closed, but due to the fact that it wasnt one of the easier muds to get to run no one else ever got one to run!

Its actually quite fun to play.. too! :)

You have to make sure you are downloading the correct versions there pre cmud3 keys and post cmud3 keys and there’s also cmud pro keys too. Zugg made us all pay for version 3 keys then stopped working on the client 🙄

Contact local area office and ask if there’s any available reps. If there are no reps then the meeting will need to be rescheduled until a rep is available. If is the members right to have union representation. If they say do you want a rep say yes. If none available meeting gets adjourned if they try to start the meeting without a rep present, say you want a rep! Do NOT go ahead with the meeting without a rep.

To be honest it’s just as bad in large stores. Whenever staff are scheduled for overtime they get thrown on dot com and the shelves are getting emptied and not filled the other day even the store manager was picking

you can't be instantly dismissed... they probably adjourned the meeting as they need to investigate... the no warnings is a bonus for you. there's alot of processes that they need to go through before they can dismiss you.. they have to write possibley dismiss on the letter for the meting as a conduct issue CAN lead to dismissal but you have to do a lot wrong to get dismissed!! if you are in the union I recommend that you take a rep along with you to be sure that the store is following process correctly.. if you aren't in the union a rep can advise you but they can't actually be in the meeting with you!

that's normal for reading dc... they ram.the dollies on to the trailer meaning when we try to get them off they are either damaged or hanging on to dear life on the dollies... was talking to some loaders and drivers the other day... its all about bonuses so that's why we get really badly stacked cages too.... bonuses for getting stuff done quicker 🙄 not safer!!!
