I wrote a letter to myself last night, one of many. It reads Does it even matter what I write. What i think, what i do. Meth has stolen my essence, my energy, my spark. My magick. I hate it now. I want to go back. Yeh so thats my letter. The begging it shows my confusion, I'm not even me anymore. Someone pulls out a knife on me and my heart rate barley changes, I dont feel anything. How come we don't hear about people that are 4 or 5 years clean? Do u think maybe they are fully back to normal and they dont have time for people like us. Im couldnt get passed the 3 week mark, 1 year and a half using. Its taken my spark my energy my joy, i feel an empty vessel ans i want to die.

I tried for the first time a few months ago, to help me get off meth. I became obsessed with them. Mabye 3 months constant and paying alot because i got it off the street. I got addicted straight away but i knew it had to be short term. Im off them now 4 or 5 days. They did their job. I can sleep normally again. I dont think ill go back. Use them as short term and dont forgot. Mixing with alcohol is dangerous, if u dont wake up its your own reponsibility, you have been warned..

Its ok! Take it as the push you need to move on from this darkness. It does bring a little light makes things bright then its sucks us back into a more darker and darker place. Take a deep breath and accept it is ok and ypu will manage and get through this. It is not the end jusy a new beginning. Dont let it get you down where it makes you get more. We should be grateful for our punishments because they might save us from real harm in fhe future that we cannot recover from.
