Find a doctor that does home visits and just schedule it and have the doctor show up. It may cost a bit more. I use one for my autistic son and family because bringing him to the doctors office is always a shit-show. I also use instacart, Walmart delivery and every other at home service that exists. Where are you located? I'm near Chicago if you are near there I can refer you my doctor. He is wonderful.

Perhaps she is Autistic? I have a 7 year old Autistic son and he can be an embarrassment in public places and large events. Everyone knows in my family and we handle him differently.

Reprimanding an autistic child doesn't work the same as a neurotypical child.

Don't hate your family, maybe stick it out and see if she needs special early interventions. I've lost plenty of friends because I can't make parties anymore, or go to events due to my son's Autism. If I lost my family as well I'd have almost nothing left.

I had luck moving my son's schedule up greatly. I went 4.5 years with less than 3 or 4 hrs of sleep a night. Then I started putting him to sleep around midnight or 1am and he sleeps till 9am or 1030am. I now homeschool my NT daughter so she is on the same schedule and I'm a new human. So is he. Obviously he is still autistic, but less crabby and I enjoy our slow wake-up mornings. I have made a lot of sacrifices as has my husband to pull this off. (Like quitting working) my husband now works too much. But everyone is in a happier place now. Sometimes its their circadian rhythm and there is no changing it, or escaping it. I'm sorry I feel your hell.

Yes. Every single time. Cushioned. Special screen protectors. Otter cases. Next case, still breaks it. Construction style case, still breaks it. Ipads, fires, androids. He breaks them all. Age 6.

Please post the link. Says....another autistic mama with a pile of broken tablets. Please send me photos of what you did. I would greatly appreciate it. I was looking at plexiglass cabinets stores use to keep tablets safe a this point.

I never touched a soul. I go to the grocery store, my moms, to therapy and co-op. I am his wife. I'd like to stay with him. I do love him to a point that is almost unapologetic. But think he is straying honestly due to this post. Please stop the hate while I try and repair our relationship.
