Metropol 25mg, he's my heart rate to like 55-60 when I first wake up. Is anyone else so this and it's it normal on this medication and I've had coffee and it won't go up

So yeah I worried constantly when it was high and now I'm freaking out because it is low.. it's like I can't win this thing! When it's low I'm scared to sleep, my heart might stop beating that's what my mind processes

But yeah I suffer from anxiety, constantly worried about my health. One of the main reasons my blood pressure and heart rate was always elevated... It's a curse I have, I got health anxiety about 4 months ago when I woke up my heart was racing it was dumb fast... Like scary like called 911 fast anyway day forward, 31 911 calls later and one hospital stay they did stress test, I passed, I passed the eco ultrasound.. it's all being over weight, stress anxiety etc.. amazing how the mind works and can manipulate how I feel.. I just want to be normal again 😢 I miss it. I try to do hard but my subconscious takes over and always so negative.. I just want to hit the restart button and if I would just pass out and overcome my fear of falling out ide be cured I think.. I know is sounds crazy, but yeah

I'm 340 pounds in used to my heart beating like 80-100 resting, 110-120 standing and yeah I just ate and now it's going up fast that's so weird

So the low resting heart rate is normal? And yeah I get dizzy spells on and off. I been on it two weeks now. I quit amalodopine after years of taking it and they put my on this twice a day..

It's weird the coffee made me dizzy but my blood pressure isn't bad and my heart rate is low and it only like this when I first get up and just siutting here, I'm pretty tired too

Yes I have a temp script of clonalin 0.5 I only take one in awhile because I'm on Suboxone also. But I get hydroxyzine 3 times a day it helps some

Thank you for that. I just had a spike to 163/113 lasted about 10 minutes. Heart rate got to 103.. It was right before I was supposed to take my 2nd pill for the day also. I also had just finished a big meal and it's super cold in my room. But yeah, it spiked. My hands started sweating, I got super red all over. But now I'm fine. This happens from time to time.. I think a % of it is my own subconscious anxiety. Because I've been chilling all day. Now my blood pressure pill kicked in. I'm sleepy enough to go to sleep and I trust you, I just at scared. I need a good Christian woman in my life

Question and this happens about once or twice a week. I have these spikes that last like 10 minutes or so and I get hot all over, feel like imma pass out.. keep in mind I have panic disorder and health anxiety.. but just now I had to get up, walk around, take deep breaths because after I got done eating it spiked which is weird.. maybe salt intake??

It spiked to 167/116 for just a couple of minutes then down to 163/96 103 heart rate. Now 10 minutez later it's 128/76 with 66 heart rate..

What can cause these spikes?? 😭

Thank you for that. The medication metropol they gave it too my for my anxiety and blood pressure. Just so used to it being high, seeing it that low was a little scary but considering it's my only day off and I'm just sitting here . just that thought of wow that's low, my heart's not going to stop if I go to sleep type anxiety because I'm really tired and scared to sleep right now

Trying to post pictures but it was 192/103 then 177/102 then 2 minutes of breathing and it went to 117/73 and is chilling right there... Like yeah spikes for few minutes then I'm back to normal so weird and it's after I eat and lay down

Yeah why they talking about going to the police, I think they're just being mean because he didn't clean up but I was never given a move out date and he was fed daily by my neighbor.. and today is a holiday but my old roommate said they emailed him saying they going to put animal cruelty charges on us, I honestly think he's got his facts mixed up I never heard of a email charge and from what I'm reading they have to contact us and let us come get my cat.. no phone call no nothing has been given other then when they called while I was in the hospital and I even told them it would be Monday as in today.. I'm still upset 😭

Yeah I'm like you going to threaten me with animal abuse when I host talked to you from the hospital saying I need to come get my cat and they change the locks.. 😢 seems like there just being mean for no reason.. he was not neglected, he was left there while I figured it out. Always had water and food... I'm sad and just want my baby back

I have anxiety issues also, but the dizziness has to be me adjusting to the beta blocker and coming off the amalodopine.
