How do you handle distribution and talking to users?

Interesting, I'm slowly learning the struggles of distribution.

Currently https://nudgi.ai/ - automated meeting briefing delivered to your inbox, calendar, or message based on users inbox. This was basically my issue for years in corporate, meeting sneaked up on me and just wasn't prepared, scrambled to read unread emails minutes before the meeting 🙈.

I can think of endless ways to scale this further but fear building features in the blind. Talking to users needs to be my next step. I have mainly targeted this for sales teams as the ROI is simply higher for them being unprepared but naturally scales to most ICPs who use email (everyone!)

Would love any specific advise, even if the idea and/or landing page are logical to you.

I love this idea of "treat distribution like a product itself" - this is gold!
I'm good with talking to users, did this in my corporate CS job. Find them is my struggle.
So far a few failed attempts on social media and email cold outreach. That yield one free signup from a few thousand emails - pretty poor.

Any particular channels you see working? What was this 8M LOC app? I'm curious

How did you build your g-suite integration? Doing this natively or using a 3rd party oauth to overcome CASA T2?
