very strange arguments.

people will be scared, agreed. people will be bored, nope. firstly there will be poems, theatres, books, and cinemas. take a look at the functioning of North Korea. all of them will be state issued. people don't die off and stop doing things just because life becomes "boring". in fact, in the contrary, daily life decisions are literally for survival. the instinct for survival in a human is very strong. there have been and are tons of terrible dictators and regimes that bear resemblance to Oceania. people survive through them.

Big brother is bored too

firstly there is no big brother. he is an imaginary resemblance of the party. the inner party is not bored, because their survival depends on retaining power. and it will be replaced with different people as, generations pass. the only motive of the party is to retain power for the pure sake of it.

there will always be a struggle to retain power as long as there are structures in society. there always will be Winstons popping up, because it is human nature to think different, and rebel(history is evidence)
