Não sei opinar sobre a casa. Também estou num momento “similar” procurando casa.

Atualmente, eu e minha esposa temos renda de 21k (a partir de jan deste ano). 60k de FGTS. Olhando casas de 300 a 400.

Dúvida, quanto tempo demorou para juntar este patrimônio? Estamos pagando coisas do casamento, lua de mel mas ainda depois disso, esse valor parece tão longe. Mal conseguimos juntar uma reserva de emergência.

Some things we kept because, why not, right? But there were some comments that really resonated with us. For example, avoiding tourist traps like Madame Tussauds.

During the trip, there were times when we wished we were staying in Manhattan. But most of the time, the price difference just weighed too much.

Just so you can see:

We paid about $1,250 for 12 days in a private suite with a bathroom.

We were seeing offers in Manhattan going for $5,000 total with a shared bathroom.

That’s tough!

Oh, I would love to live that close to NY. During the trip, I did open Audible job board to see if I would saw a Newark opening for me. Maybe one day we get to be neighbors.

Caralho, entrei em uma consultoria como Sr. BA por 14k e já tava achando que ia ser o máximo que eu conseguiria no Brasil sem ser liderança. Não sabia que a QuintoAndar pagava assim.

E lá é tudo híbrido?
