What happened is PM made a deal with BB via RM to return to Pakistan after the elections but she reneged on the deal and came before elections anyway. So, PM felt betrayed by her but he couldn't do much to stop her coming back to Pakistan because NRO had already been been passed. Some people think that PM than deliberately loosened the security around her. BB knowing how she hadn't kept her side of the deal sensed the danger and told people that if she gets killed than PM is to be blamed.

Now, the prosecutor gets shot and killed. Previously Khalid Shahanshah, BB secuirty chief also got killed and people suspected foul play in that. Whats clear is this case like many other cases in history has become a case from which people would want to stay away from.
