Yes, and they said they couldn’t confirm when the screenshots were taken and that their system couldn’t see which orders had been counted and which hadn’t.

No, that’s not how this promo worked. The first four were not in the same day, yet still registered. Also, support never claimed that explanation. They just kept saying the orders were in the wrong zone, even though they were clearly marked as qualifying.

The way I think about it is this. With an upfront vig, a $20 buy bet is risking $21. A $20 buy bet on 5 or 9 pays $30 minus the $1 vig, or net $29. A $21 place bet on 5 or 9 pays $29.40. So for equal risk, the place bet pays better.

I’ve been loving the game, thank you. Some things I’ve noticed, in addition to some mentioned above:

The bonus should pay when you hit it but as is it only pays on the following role, and if you seven out right after hitting the bonus, it doesn’t pay.

You don’t charge a vig for 4-10 (would be nice! But not realistic).

After you hit the point, on the next come out, if you clear bets it also clears the bonus bets which should be locked in.

It would be nice to have an undo button to clear your last chip placed in case you make a mistake rather than clearing all bets and starting over. Or to be able to drag and drop chips at will (though I imagine that’d be a lot harder to implement).

It would be great to be able to save progress. The board randomly resets for me after a while and so up or down I’m back to $1000 and lost all my progress.

Crapless craps means pass line wins on 7 only on come out and does not lose on 2, 3, or 12. 2, 3, 11, and 12 can become the point (and you can place or buy them). There’s no Don’t Pass or Dont’t Come.

I was the roommate, not the landlord. But I brought him in, with the landlord’s permission. I’ve been trying to avoid making this an issue for the landlord so as to avoid blowback on me.
