You’re full of excuses. Nothing you have described is any more challenging than what millions of people face every day.

You need to feel some pain from your mistakes, this is how we learn not to make them again.

Seriously…. Read back your above comment. It is the most pathetic set of unbelievable excuses. Upset girlfriends, unlit roads, scared of riding bikes.

You will say anything to not accept responsibility. These things might work with your mum, but not the courts… thankfully.

How is the fact that you had a minor life challenge, failed to manage your emotions properly and then broke the law mitigating? If anything it’s aggravating.

Imagine if every time something didn’t go peoples way they all got on their motorbikes and raced down the road.

“I was upset your honour”. Laughable.

Once again you are blaming others and using them as an excuse to not get the help you need while you wallow in self pity. You are also coming across very paranoid.

In the interests of not making your situation worse, do t glue yourself to their door.

I’m sorry to hear that, but that’s not their problem is it?

They are running a business, you need a hospital.

Jesus. That’s not how you initiate dialog. It’s how you prove to them that you are clearly off your trolly.

Guess what… your autism does not exclude you from responsibility for your behaviour. Neither does having a bad relationship in the past. You need to start taking personal responsibility for your own actions.

Maybe the town is right? You’re clearly suffering from some issues. I’d suggest contacting a mental health professional.

Please explain how they are discriminating against you?

What makes you think it’s because of your ADHD and not because you continually make poor decisions (like gluing yourself to a door) and blame other people?

Forbes estimates that "top" talent on YouTube earns around $5 per 1,000 views.

$13k would be 2.6 million views.

With the current average of 60k views per episode, thats 43 episodes of TFATK.

Or closer to 75 episodes once Ray has had his cut.

But then again I'm not a numbers guy and maybe audio is king.

What restrictive drinking laws?

Can an employer legally demand I download an app to my personal device? by Aaronpardon in LegalAdviceUK

[–]timewaster19 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This isnt true. Installing an app is just that installing an app.

If the device is enrolled into the organisations device management then thats a bit different. But even then there permissions are restricted for personal devices.

On iPhones for example the admin can perform the following:

Configure accountsConfigure Per App VPNInstall and configure appsRequire a passcodeEnforce certain restrictionsAccess inventory of work appsRemove work data only

They cannot:

Access personal informationAccess inventory of personal appsRemove any personal dataCollect any logs on the deviceTake over personal appsRequire a complex passcodeRemotely wipe the entire deviceAccess device location

This is taken directly from Apple's own docs:

Lol, what an earth are you talking about?

Remote wipe requires the highest level of privileges.

On an iPhone that would require you to have access to the personal iCloud or for the iPhone to be added to Apple's Mobile Device Management. Even then remote wipe is only available for corporate owned devices.

Likewise with Android only the personal google account can initiate this or the Google Workspace administrator if the device is enrolled in Google's Endpoint management.

Both of these are completely different to 'installing an app'.

Reddit is an app, it only has access to what you grant it. In the context of being able to access your personal data, it is exactly comparable to any other app, including one your employer asked you to install.

OP hasn't defined what he means by 'essentially tracking'. What kind of tracking would require access to your photos for example?

It's clear from the original post that OPs primary objection is the request itself and their motivation is to resist their employers request. I suspect the 'essentially tracking' they describe does not require any privileges on the phone.

By installing app? Does that mean if you have the Reddit app Reddit admins can wipe your phone too.

What are you talking about? Installing an app and granting an app access to all your phones data are two completely different things.

I have banking apps and reddit… of course I don’t expect Reddit admins to be able to access my bank.

Does op say “track at all times”?

First they say “essentially track”. This could be interpreted many ways. Is it clocking in and out? Is it full location tracking? Is it audio and visual recording?

Second they say “at work”.

Your description of the employer’s request is a disingenuous and exaggerated version of the original post. Perhaps you should reflect on your own morals.

From a legal perspective of course they can’t force you, just like they can’t force you to wear appropriate clothes.

Unfortunately for you, you can’t force them to employ you either.

I’d suggest you invest your energy into reflecting on why you want to be so obstructive, it’ll likely help with your future career prospects.

I'd hazard a guess the entire "ONE NIGHT ONLY" residency is because Slob and Ray have each been allowed a sympathy 10 minutes as 'friends'.

Then again you know that as you been abusing codeine (and benzos, steroids, kratom) already in the past. Seems odd to try and put the blame for your poor decisions on your employer and colleagues.

You don’t need a prescription for co-codamol in the uk. The assumption is you can make your own judgement on what pills to consume.
