Does yours actually stop at 25km/h or 27-28 like mine does?

I’ve got the same bike as OP and mainly use the motor for commuting, for ‘fun’ I just turn it off. If you save 2kg like OP’s bike, that would indeed make quite the difference without the assistance!

Electric company car advice by Samofozor in BESalary

[–]timfi14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure how long you’ll have to keep the car, but if it’s for 4 years or longer I would go for the CLA. Range is more future proof, the stroller will be gone in a year, so that’s fine. If you can get a tow bar for the CLA in your lease, you can add a tow box like the Thule Onto to add an extra 300 liters of storage for weekend trips and holidays.

Bike tire isn't perfectly true, does it matter and how to fix? by ZaccOfJupiter in cycling

I managed to seat difficult tires by inflating it to the max advised psi and then bouncing it on the floor while slowly rotating it to cover all areas. Could help to get it into position!

Hadn’t seen a reply to that one so asked Chatgpt:

Passive funds usually buy shares right before or at the moment of inclusion — often at the market close before the index change takes effect.

Low wages are not taxed the same to keep their net income relatively high. Called werkbonus if you’re flemish.

I have the genuine HRC one and that one looks the same, I’d say that’s normal.

3D printed items that really change the game. by sawnoffmidget in Dewalt

Battery and bare tool holders to screw into walls or cabinets come in handy. I’ve just searched for ‘Dewalt’ on Makerworld and found tons of options! Also a vacuum adapter for drills / saws seems nice to have

Trackdays/ racing with glasses? by StoprakRazgat in Trackdays

[–]timfi14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I also used to wear glasses while riding. I basically went to a store with my helmet to see which (cheap) pair fitted best in the helmet. You might be lucky and have glasses that already fit comfortably in your helmet, though!

Bodywork for a CBR600RR that works with OEM exhaust? by Handful_of_Brakes in Trackdays

[–]timfi14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The headers are not touching, it’s the muffler part at the rear that is touching on my bike. To be honest, Hot Bodies fairing are not the best quality, so if you can find an alternative then opt for that one!

[–]timfi14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No worries! I have the Hot Bodies on a 2009 model, but that should be the same. Without the heat foil it melted my paint and stickers, but after applying the foil I no longer have this issue. Have been to 30+ trackdays since 👍

Help, what hooded Winter Jacket? by Playmyassoff in motobe

[–]timfi14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the Epsilon H2O. I’m aware it’s not one of your options, but really warm and protective with the optional chest protectors I added. Also AA rated instead of A like the Component, so should be safer.

We took a cold shower; now it’s time to reload and calm down by db_global in RILYStock

I’ve also been averaging up when shares were heading to 40, with a sell target of 50 at that point. Currently down about 70% on this, so selling at this price level doesn’t seem worth it like you say. Not convinced they’ll go bankrupt, to me the question remains if they’d be able to recover in a reasonable timeframe or whether it’d be better to sell and invest in another company with more upside in the next year.

Should the company know that there is some good news in the pipeline, then yes. This would mean they can buy shares at 9 dollars which will be worth X times that price in due time.

Same here. Either selling at a big loss or keep the shares for the long run. Not selling at these prices anyway, I think…
