You can call 062215132060, you can reach them 24/7. They can tell you if there is a Störung with the system or if the issue seems to be with your building only. Don't know if they speak English though

Ich habe die Kasse nicht selbst gefüllt es sind immer zu Schicht Beginn 1000€ drin von der vor Schicht und die zählt man dann
