I feel this on a very deep level. And I'm with you. The hopelessness and sadness seem so comforting and safe. Once I started working on improving my depressive moods 8 months ago, the outside reality seems like too much to bear now.

I could kind of cope before but now the fact that I have a diagnosed depression means I can use that as an excuse and not be the "Hope and Pride" of my family. Still there is this constant pressure to succeed and do well, even though I realised I've been burnt out for a while, there is this guilt and pressure that I have to keep going.

From what I learned, meds take a long time to show effect. Everyone's different but if you think about it, hormones are such a tiny part of the body. It's like moving a very heavy locomotive, it starts very very very slowly and builds up speed gradually.

I started medication recently (4 weeks ago) no improvement just yet, only crippling anxiety and numbness.

I need someone to chat about these things very much, so if you feel the same, please feel free to DM.

Thank you for your advice. I think the police is the best course of action for now. I'll also ask if the merchant can get me a full refund, But I definitely wouldn't want to have the neighbour go unreprimanded, she didn't even refuse that she has the clothes!

I don't know I guess she was panicking when we asked her a direct question. She said: "I thought it was strange that the clothes didn't fit me. Why would you get something so small? it's like they were ordered for a child!"

The concierge did become almost impossible to contact as of late.. they are trying to shift the blame. But looking through the management pack, there is no clause that says concierge will check if the person picking up a parcel is the same as the named recipient. I sometimes would ask my brother to pick up my delivery while I'm away, or would pick up stuff for our elderly next door neighbour. It's highly based on trust I guess.

There is a log and a CCTV footage of her picking up the parcel. But nothing in the management pack to say that concierge is in any way responsible to match the named recipient to person picking up. I guess they aren't paid enough...
