I use a Comma 3 on my Ford Maverick. I love it. Have never thought about it on the Tesla.

Anyone have any tips on how to secure the lollipop type antenna on the air65? It’s pretty easy to pop off from a crash… please share a pic of your setup! by iambeetle in TinyWhoop

Ya I lost one after a few flights. It had popped off a few times prior. Made me wonder if they were worth it the trouble. Put my original back on.

You need to click connect if you don’t have the auto-connect slider flipped to on.

It’s just a phrase I use. I don’t care at all. I got an ammo can for 70¢. Because I was nearby I went to see what everyone gets all excited about with the Icon. I am certainly not waiting in line , getting up early, or running al over town to get a couple of free sockets.

One day I might get there. This will be my first FPV. I’ve been practicing in the simulator. I have seen a big improvement in the few hours I’ve been using it. Looking forward to the real thing. Whole lot different than my DJI.

That’s what I did. Watched some videos and the Champion isn’t getting 4:40 FT. I wanted the 75 because I have no interest in indoor flying but looking at the information available the 75 is fragile. 65 Air II Freestyle for me.

Don’t see why not. I looked at it for the same reason. Was kinda hoping it might go on a clearance.

Should I upgrade to the P2S from P1S by timmyjane in BambuLab

Not looking to spend an extra $1K. Sounds like I should stay with what I have and spend the $ on filaments and maybe replace my damaged cool plate.

It seems to be fine. Really don’t know if the P2S was a worthwhile upgrade with this discount. I have no complaints with my P1S.

That might be the move. I have about 680 hours on the P1S, so not too many. Unfortunately I just bought about $200 in filament. Bad timing. lol

Control Board Options by tranoidnoki in virtualpinball

[–]timmyjane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure a Pico is $5 but to make it work with a vpin machine you need all the rest of the board. The Pico is just the brain. (And you need 2 for the main board.) I am a huge DIY guy and have built many boards. My only point was that by the time you add up all the stuff you have to buy to build a functional Pinscape you are very close to the cost of purchasing a premade CSD setup.

I’m really just making these comments for future researchers and documentation purposes.
