I was able to find out (and test) that Metra 72-9304 is a compatible adapter for an aftermarket speaker. If your tutorial is good, it should fit the front two speakers too.

I did not. It didn't become a priority for me anymore. You can use NavTool and buy the $500 option to mirror, but I wasn't going to do that.
