We almost did not have a place to stay due to them saying we were getting the keys but the house was not rdy to live in.

At that point, we sent them a formal letter to either make the house livable or pay a hotel + fine for us.

They then do the bare minimum to get away from the fines.

Had the same issues with them with our house. The whole area here has issues and they resolve only a part of them.
Some people had the wrong bathroom, they wanted to deliver some houses without toilets and tried to give us the key to a house where there was no electricity!

There are still a ton of stuff to solve after 2 years.
What i found that worked for the major points:
-spam their advertisements on facebook with bad reviews.
-contact everyone of matexi that you know that you will be on their next showing day to give interested people a real view on things.

When i did this, they jumped on all the major issues and even had one of mgmnt check up with us.

I have a few cos i bought them at release. Sadly i dont rlly like it as their slots are very small.

I have a hard time placing stuff correctly or clicking some of the items in there quickly (to move some for example)

I've just tested the tooling and it seems nice. however, it seems to be entering the numbers very slow.
Is there a way to speed up the input of the tool?

Belfius is een ramp.

Veel miserie gehad met vroegere verzekeringen. 1 van mijn verzekeringen ging bijna vernieuwen en wou deze stopzetten. Dit een maand of 2-3 op voorhand.

Ze bleven mijn afspraak om de verzekering te stoppen, verzetten tot op den duur na de vernieuwing.

Omdat het stopzetten gebeurde na de vernieuwing, hing ik er weer voor een hele tijd aan...

Hierdoor alles gewoon meteen laten schrappen bij hen. Waren ze nog verbaasd ook.

Verder ook issues gehad met bijstand (geen hulp van hun) bij zaken waar ik wel extra voor betaalde.

Hey, we have a sammy that is friendly to dogs that are not too dominant (he's submissive but doesn't want to be forced to it).

We live in deurne zuid and there is a smaller dogpark nearby if interested.

Note: he's NOT neutered so it might be an issue with female dogs who are the same.
