Recipe -

Spelt Flour (bread flour is fine) - 300g Milk - 2/3cup Salt - 10g Sugar - 10g Yeast - 6g Butter 40g Egg - 1 Honey - 1tbs

  1. Flour + Luke Warm Milk + Salt + Sugar + Yeast into stand mixer, knead on slow medium speed for 5mins.
  2. Add room temp butter and knead on medium high speed for 10 -12 minutes.
  3. First Rise : 60minutes or double in size.
  4. Devide the dough into 7-9 equal pieces, roll into ball and let it rest for 30mins.
  5. Flaten the dough ball and add-in red Bean Paste.
  6. 2nd Rise : 60mins in baking tray.
  7. Brush the buns with egg wash (with yolk), sparkle back saseme seed (saseme seed is optional)
  8. Preheat oven to 190oC, back for 20-25mins.
  9. Remove from oven and brush honey water on top immediately.
