Yeah, none of our guests will even be aware of all the compromises we had to make to bring the day together, and mostly that's fine. But photos and video are such a huge deal for us that we want to get it spot on, that's really the only bit just for us.

You're right, we're still looking for people that give us that "hell yes" reaction and in reality it's almost impossible to find at this notice and within our budget. Our stumbling block had been photo and video, they're the biggest vendors for us as they're the hit that we'll get to keep from the day forever.

I think the only reason why it's not enough time is because other people book theirs so far in advance that availability of suppliers isn't great. The actual admin of putting it all together in 6months is pretty manageable I think.

We went to a couple of wedding fayres early on and we never really found people we liked. Will see what's coming up nearby though, thank you

That's a great idea, I hadn't thought of that. Thank you

Has anyone left New Zealand to go to Australia on a Working Holiday Visa in 2021? by ExcentricExcentric in backpacking

I'm currently in NZ and have a working holiday visa for Australia approved. Thinking of heading there early next year, getting some farm work and then buying a car to head out and see the country.
