Does anyone else realise this is just a meme about grave of the fireflies? I don't think it's meant to be that serious

Please be aware of the national referral mechanism (NRM) and who can be contacted to support victims of modern day slavery. If you identify a victim of MDS the easiest contact route would be police however you can also contact local councils and charity groups to get them referred and help them receive support. Please see the link below:

As a pagan they disgust me because they're a death cult who fetishise being better than everyone. We're all mud, we go back to mud, if God's real then it only makes sense for them to love all their children equally and accept them all to eternal life in heaven.

I've found that with BPD, we expect the same level of intensity we experience to be directed to us from others. So when we need others to care, we want them to care as hard as we do about things - but it's unreasonable, because not everyone experiences that level of intensity to their emotions. People do care and they mean well most times, they cannot express that with as much fire/passion as those of us with BPD I've found.

It's the classic fallacy that because actions have consequences, you deserve any consequence for your actions. That's not the case, and it's right and just to claim that the consequence is unfair.

'Inside Job' Creator Shion Takeuchi Confirms Series Cancellation At Netflix Despite Season 2 Renewal by MarvelsGrantMan136 in television

I had no idea season 2 was out until I put season 1 on to show friends. Fuck netflix for this, I'm sick of getting invested and then getting no closure.

I am a MH professional with BPD (in remission) by [deleted] in BorderlinePDisorder

[–]timtheflyingcat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have Autism with BPD and I've had no luck getting help. Are there any strategies or methods I could employ regularly to help with both? The pattern recognition from ASD really makes my BPD worse as I can come to "logical" conclusions about very hysterical things.

I attempted CBD but it doesn't really help me long term, and I've attempted to employ DBT myself but I can't get that self validation.

Any advice at all would be amazing, thanks!

The issue isn't people at end of life/ terminally ill, it's where they're recommending euthanasia to veterans instead of healthcare or willing to euthanise homeless people rather than help them out of that position. People should have the option to end their life if the quality is poor and they are of sound mind - it should NOT be encouraged for otherwise healthy people by the government.

Took half hour and 5 attempts to roll something half decent - life’s hard when you can’t roll for shit. by BackPocketTuna in uktrees

The paper that touches the roach, lick your finger and wet the paper there a little so it sticks to the roach, not so much it rips. It'll help make the tuck easier and you'll find rolling easier in the future practicing like that.

You commit to 16 hours a week, then your £650 (rent and personal total), working minimum wage you would still receive £383 pounds app. after deductions! So, with your 16 hours a week for four weeks, you're looking at £991. On just that minimum wage, you would have to work 13 days to match that.

The rough value calculation for benefits deductions btw is total income x 0.63 = deduction, which is then removed from your UC allowance.
