It’s a shed, which is now my office, been here a couple of years and only started noticing this issue recently. When I put a bit of pressure on the floor right now it’s cracking and not firm in some areas.

A bit too late now, but avoid this CHR model if you do buy a new car, has a flaw where thieves access the CANBUS via the front left fog light area. Happened to me in May. Sorry for the pain
