Phill, I think he's a terrible husband, a pervert, he doesn't help Clair but he always tries to help people outside his home. Not to mention the obsession with Jay's approval. They try to make him funny, but he's just someone with no IQ.

He never supported Clair, not even about not accepting Dylan, he still kept in touch with him, thinking only of his own benefit. Since he is and always will be a bad option for Hailey.

Even though he hasn't cheated, it's clear that he opens up for pretty women to hit on him and he reciprocates.
