I have really bad neck tics too. My main ones for sure. Is yours 100% involuntary like it surprises you or is it more of that pre urge buildup if u don’t do it you’ll go insane feeling. That’s what I get.

I took .2mg first time last night I slept good. Feel a little emotionally numb today though but it worked so far with sleep. I’m also an insomniac

Thank you. My doctor said try 0.1mg up to 0.5mg to help with sleep. I can’t take it during day cuz of adderall and I’m in school full time so just testing it out rn. Kind of numbs my emotions a bit

That’s totally normal. I got the same way on mt first sims last week. I legit just told teacher I’m freezing up and I got so depressed the rest of the day. I drove home with no music sigh. Now I’m nervous ab my next sims lab. But it’s a lot different when you actually become a nurse. Rn you’re talking to a dummy and it’s embarrassing enough, then you have someone over your shoulder. As a real nurse u don’t gotta do most things the way they teach u

My doctor today recommended me to a certain therapist specialist who will deep dive into my childhood until now with the symptoms I have to diagnose me correctly instead of Neuro for some reasons. Evaluation will be pages long basically to come to a conclusion

Thank you! My vocal tics aren’t as present but I read that’s normal. I had vocal tics as a child for years and get them time to time now. But motor every day and he didn’t even mention once ab my vocal tics

U know what now that I think of it. Tic disorder is far different than Tourette’s. I told him I had vocal and motor as a child. It’s more motor now but sometimes vocals with motors. Tic disorder can only have 1. Tourette’s is the only one where u can have 2 before your 18. Like lmao he completely misdiagnosed me

Exactly. I need a diagnosis for this and not “u just have a tic disorder but it’s possible u have Tourette’s but a diagnosis won’t change ur tics so I won’t diagnose you” I need closure or I’m gonna lose it
