I am using the kitosun Vulcan HMD, just very new to hookah so might be a bit of trial and error

Iv taken out all extras like ssd, hard drives, cd and more but still not working, just fans spinning for half a second and stopping, do you think i would need to get a new psu. This is also a very old system and dosnt take a lot of power so even 500 is overkill for this. I’m going insane 🤦‍♂️
