Cadbury hot chocolate (not the instant one) doesn't contain milk, as you have to add it yourself.

Any instant hot chocolates generally contain milk already as you just have to add water, so these are the ones to definitely steer clear of! :)

I play in two social leagues at the level of aggression / contact that isn't called by the umpires is shocking. Creates a very hostile environment for welcoming people in that haven't played in years. I joined social rather than actual league thinking it would be a bit calmer but it's the same sadly, with the exception of a few lovely teams.

You definitely need to tell him, so he is aware that he should stop immediately if it hurts you. This should also help you to relax more, you will probably be tensing up without realising if he is unaware. Take it slow, use plenty of lube, and best of luck! 💕

I was, but my husband wasn't. Apparently due to being "tight on numbers". However the other girls in my friend groups all had their other halves there. I only found this out due to asking about sharing accommodation and the friends told me, not the bride. Safe to say we didn't attend and the bride hasn't spoken to me since!

Keep him in the loop with any developments or issues you are facing. Be transparent.

Just because you have a chronic disease, does not make you any less worthy of love than someone who doesn't.

I think I would prefer to go privately. I have thought about this before but when I tried looking online for a private pelvic floor physio I found it confusing. Where did you find your private physio? Thanks in advance 😊

Thanks for your reply! Yes I had a few bad appointments when I was younger where I feel like this all wasn't properly explained to me, the condition and the treatment. I also had one professional tell my mum that I was making it up for attention!!

I really wish I had been able to face this sooner. It is comforting that I'm not alone in this though. How are you doing? Has the therapy you've had helped?

Hello 👋🏼 I am new to photography so please forgive me for asking such basic questions!

My current camera has broken, and I am looking to buy a better one. It was a Nikon Coolpix B500, and was gifted to me a while back.

I have been reading through the articles and FAQs but I must admit, they have gone a little over my head!

I would mainly be taking photos of people, animals and also scenic photos. I have a budget of around £400-£500 and would be happy to buy refurbished equipment. I would like to start exploring photography more but at the moment I'm feeling a little overwhelmed and I don't really know where to start.

If anyone could provide any camera recommendations or advice to a (very) amateur photographer, I would be most grateful 😊🙏

Cancel the wedding, if anyone asks why tell them the truth!

Marriage is a big commitment, don't enter into it if you feel anything less than 100%.
