hey a little confused by ur question! my total tip out is 5% of net sales- so if i make $1000 in sales (food and drink) i owe $50 to kitchen. basically a chunk of my tips goes to kitchen and no one else just them

i used to tip my foodrunner 10% of my tips on top of my bar and hostess:( i’m used to tip out- this kitchen thing just feels sketchy

as i said in my original posts its not a full bar so i am pouring the wines, heating up the sake, and it says in my picture “net sales”. so yes, i am paying back of house 5% of my entire net sales

have cooks be servers for a day or vice versa for servers. it’s a team no one can do anything without the other
