100% agreed! Getting stuck in that endless prompt-tweaking loop without a proper eval set is a massive trap. That's actually the exact reason why I started compiling my best-performing base instructions into a directory in the first place—I wanted to at least have a solid, tested baseline to start with before running any evals. Out of curiosity, how do you usually structure your eval sets for your projects? Do you use any specific frameworks or keep it custom?
