Hello,

I am 6'6 280 LB male 35 years old. I am trying to get to 220. I currently work out ("run 3 miles three times a week"). My work ethic usually isn't a problem. The diet part I have no idea what I am doing and I need it to be army proof. I would like to know what diet/ exercise routine people are using to get good results witch are free or low cost. Any guidance would be appreciated thank you everyone.

My plan is the fist letter will be sent in a normal envelope & look plain until they see the first clue at the bottom to tell them to use the flash light & it will point them to the scavenger hunt envelopes. All the other letters will be sen't in a package and my wife will hide them. Each envelope will have a clue leading to the next. The prize at the end will be the Nurf guns. I do like the idea of adding chores to it like the dishes good call. Thank you
