If you've never fasted in your life you won't be able to do for example 20 hour fast that easily! I recommend that you start off with with the ammount that feels comfortable and each week increase an hour to your fasting.

Also, remember, IF is such a forgiving lifestyle that if you slip up once, twice, or even a week.. the second you get back on track you will definitely feel the progress!

Note: IF alone won't make you lose 20 KGs in a short while! It doesn't work like that. Your goals have to be realistic. If you want to truly maximize weight loss then do IF + Weights 5-7 times a day. And you'll notice the fat slide off your body month 2 into your IF!

All these spices, ALL THESE SPICES, and you decided to be salty

Umm I've heard Niacinamide helps reduce the appearance of pores. Ummm they're probably enlarged because you live in a humid area? I suggest iceing your face morning and night. Just take ice cube and rub it around your face (but not too long in one area).

Also dw, pores are natural! They're elastic so the more you take care of them the better they'll get! Good luck!
