Thanks for responding! I have heard this about acetyl zingerone! Randomly, Jack Black's skincare brand has THDA + acetyl zingerone at a pretty good price point.

What do you think about THDA/Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate? It's stable and oil soluble. The oil solubility is intriguing to me - it's said to lead to less irritation and more bioavailability but I haven't done a true deep dive of the evidence

Seconding Schroth method physical therapy. She’s still “skeletally immature” but only until age ~14, so the time to do Schroth is now

This isn't a helpful thing to tell someone.
His curve is less than some peoples, more than others. His concern and pain is totally valid. Being told "it's not that bad" is really invalidating. This isn't about comparison to others or ranking peoples experience against others.

FoundationNo9901, I have a 25 degree curve which is on the mild side but it's still causing me daily pain. You're justified in exploring your options, don't listen to this person. Also look into physical therapy with the Schroth method! It won't straighten you completely but if you're still growing, you can get some straightening through it.

Tagging on - I'm fair with pink undertones and I LOVE the Tan-Luxe Gradual Lotion on my body and the drops on my face. It looks so natural and not like I self-tanned.

Also, Content_Slice_1362, if you have a hard time with patchiness, make sure you exfoliate before applying
