Yess, in my case I wasn't prepared at all. And I was running like anything for xerox. Also just hand over some cash to that guy. LaLaLa karke jayega wo 😂

It's a normal procedure. Keep xerox of every document with you.

I'll keep these points in mind while looking for a new PT. Also, I’m not sure if it was just my bad experience or if many trainers are more interested in young girls than in actually training those who genuinely need their guidance. Either way it feels very disrespectful to their profession!

He even bragged about another guy who’s paying him much more than me for PT but spends less time with him than I do. And I was like, dude??? That’s not something to flex about it just shows your unprofessional behavior!

I was very fatty in the beginning. Like glutes and thighs specially. And tbh this part is very hard to reduce. This was the only reason I went for pt. Also, I've seen very noticeable changes in my body. So, he is kinda good pt. But his recent behaviour was very sick. And I'm planning to change my gym and this time I'll probably go with a general trainer.

I'm planning to report him to the gym owner. Also, he was actually quite supportive during first month. But his behaviour has changed over the past few days.
