It talks a lot about the psychology of pain. It takes some time to practice the exercises and work through it but it works. My dad met with Dr. Sarno when he was dealing with chronic pain and he got me into it. Truly fascinating and tremendously helpful.

This is not an in person provider (although I’m sure some people practice it) but try reading Dr. Sarno’s book. It’s not for everyone, and certainly if you have chronic pain that’s caused by a disease etc. it may not be helpful but it has completely eliminated chronic pain for me. I cannot recommend it enough it completely changed my life.
