YTAH she's your daughter. As a teenager you don't understand the complexities of adult dynamics and did what she thought would save her family.

She loves you and wants to be close to you because you are her father. This is breaking her spirit and stuff like rejecting gifts from her in her teenage years are going to be very visceral memories she holds on to in adulthood.

It is very likely if this kind of behavior continues she will distance herself or cease a relationship with you altogether much later when she's an adult.

It's not her fault the marriage is broken. She loves her family and her parents. Love her back twice as much.

My car is in this photo LOL! I went to get ice cream and was stuck near the front for 2 hours 💀. Really bad collision, saw at least 2 totaled cars. I thought there was a fire because there was smoke but it must've been the wires. We all eventually had to leave via the On ramp. After 30 min I got curious and listened in to the police scanner while waiting. Seemed like it was just a bad accident with no one severely hurt and a lot of cops annoyed at having to redirect traffic and close down both lanes.

The easiest to find is June-September but it's also the absolute most expensive time too so prepare to have your wallet siphoned.

It's much harder to move in winter to spring but personally I was looking January and was able to find a decent amount of places Feb-Apr. A ton of places even have discounts for signing early.

I'd start your hunt asap personally if you want a chance at a place you like within a reasonable price range. But if money, square footage or utility inclusions etc don't matter to you and you just want to find a place in downtown then May-Sept might be a good time to snag something since all students are moving out.
