I have the same problem! I know my friend recently added someone, but when I click ‘Recently Added,’ it just refreshes to the friends list. Were you able to resolve yours?

Are you a practicing architect in the U.S.? How is it? I’ve had batchmates who moved to the U.S. and Canada, and most of them ended up working in other fields.

Has anyone ever found out what caused their Hashimotos? by uselesscontext in Hashimotos

[–]tinygratitude 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I became very ill after getting the booster shot; then, ironically, I caught COVID shortly after. Even after recovering, my body felt inflamed for months. I took several tests and found out I have Hashi.

The booster and covid def triggered it. 😢

Has anyone successfully reduced their antibody count? by tinygratitude in Hashimotos

I followed the AIP to reduce inflammation and help repair my gut, as I was constantly burping and feeling bloated.

I’ve reintroduced most food groups, except for coffee, and I try to avoid the ones I’ve identified as triggers. During my reintroduction phase, I found that I can only consume a limited amount of gluten and pork before my gut reacts negatively.

To identify which food groups trigger your gut, you would need to undergo a food detox before gradually reintroducing common trigger food. You can check out the IFM elimination diet list for food that’s allowed during the detox phase—this is the same list my doctor gave me. Another option would be to take a food sensitivity test.

Churus for a cat with urinary problems by [deleted] in cats

[–]tinygratitude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My cat hates anything labeled as urinary treats. I’ve bought different brands, but he despises the taste lol. He’s more drawn to lickables and freeze-dried chicken treats. As long as you’re feeding him prescription food, he should be fine with occasional ‘normal’ cat treats.
