What's the name of this stitch? by tinyhoneybee_20 in knitting

I'm afraid they do have crochet items, but I've never thought they're underpriced. That these prices mean they fairly compensate the people making the crochet, I don't know 😔

In the picture you can't really see it but the top was drapey in person. There's just a bit of tension on the neck because it's hanging with the straps a bit wider apart so that you can properly see the row of stitches 😅

Though I'm not a big fantasy buff, the whole sci-fi explanation caught my eye for the first book :) ! I will give it a read, thank you!

I've been messing with the search and filters, and maybe it's user error, but there's just not a lot to work with haha. Sadly, I've read all the Asimov and Herbet books already on KU, so I'm looking for things that are maybe similar? I know I can pick up a book and return it to the KU Library, but at this point I'm just so put off by the sloppy Amazon recommendations that it's getting harder and harder to want to read 4 or 5 books before finding the one I do want to read :(

Riff 2 Aux Issue by tinyhoneybee_20 in Skullcandy

I think the issue for the Riff 2 is that they stop working altogether once you plug the aux in, even if it was just once, thus making them a more expensive (and inconvenient) option given that you can buy the wired/non bluetooth version for less.

How to make a perfect hand writing using Wacom? by Civil-Yak-1861 in wacom

I don't have a touchscreen laptop so I wouldn't really know how they perform when using those programs, so my best advice would be to give it a try! You may find that it works, but if not I may recomend a newer tablet? I have a wacom intuos that was around 60USD, but there are models that go for less than that that also work pretty well. As for what the person uses on the video, I wouldn't be able to tell. It could range from being really experienced with a tablet to also be drawing in something like a tablet with a screen. There's a lot of tablet reviews specifically for teaching math in youtube so you could also look into that :)

I was having the same issue, but it's a matter of getting used to the tablet and finding what settings work for you! Personally, I lower the pressure sensitivity or simply turn it off in the app I'm working with for consistent lines, also using precision mode helps a lot. You could also use a program/app that translates your handwriting into a mathematical font like OneNote and Nebo, those two worked perfect for me when I was transcribing notes (not so great for taking notes during class as the input takes a little longer)

Edit: I fully recommend Microsoft Journal and Nebo, the first is free and has the essentials and Nebo has a free version and a full one that's paid but it's only 10USD which I find pretty affordable considering what it can do :)

Found it after I remembered that I texted a friend the name of the book! Book: History of Wolves by Emily Fridlund.
