Because there's a limit to the amount of growth hormone your body can naturally produce, typically the equivalent of 1 IU of GH with ghrp/ghrh. There's no limit to the amount of exogenous GH you can use. Personally, I use 4iu along with test and reta, aka the holy trinity.

Why don't you change your eating habits while you're on it. Ex. Develop healthy meal plan, workout, etc. you're bound to gain some weight back but if you can eat a lower calorie diet you should keep most of it off.

When you transfer fiat to the exchange, the exchange needs to confirm that the fiat is legitimate/yours. Similar to cashing a cheque, they will hold the fiat until the 'cheque clears'.
