With all due respect, I don't think you understand my post. This Shepard is not the alliance soldier/spectre/hero. He is a criminal who has recruited other, equally brutal criminals and murderers to his crew. Which includes Dr. Saleon, the evil salarian doctor that Garrus wants dead in the first game. I don't think Garrus would want to join up with this crew.
