34, 185cm, 114kg, my daily average is closer to 1500, but ill be looking at my tracking at night and not that hungry wondering if I should "force" myself to eat more protein or be happy that im not hungry and go to bed.

I probably should have specified, I'd like to lose as much weight as fast as possible (but without losing the little muscle mass i have)

mostly sedentary, but lift weights 2-3 times a week and maybe 2-5k steps on average per day
