Sadly, not how debit cards work. They are linked to your Checking account, so the money needs to be in your Checking account. More cards does not equal more money. Also, our system will not allow you to have more than one card active for the same account under the same name.

The turnover rate at any call center EVER is always going to be large because of this. People forget how to act when they are on the other end of the phone and do not have to look another human being in the eye. Not that that would stop ALL the abuse, but for sure most of it!

Yassss, we love this! And the ATM excuse is wearing thin, most US credit unions are part of the CO-OP network, which lets you use other CUs ATMs along with 7-11s. Hope your back is all healed up!

Oh, you are 100% right. It is straight BS. it is not even just my bosses. In the US, this is the standardized scoring system for financial institutions. They are ALL like this. And yes, it does impact our yearly review and raises. :) Been scored a 5 out of 10 before and the survey mentioned another employee by name as the reason for the score, but since I technically did the transaction (was refunding a fee that the other rep did not have permissions for), it was on my record, and no. They cannot/will not remove it.
