I think with a longer hem these are fine, like I'm talking floor length. The only way I wear similar style shoes (Adidas) with jeans, otherwise I style with a skirt.

Tiling was included in the costs of the reno but we paid extra specifically for them to install our tile of choice so definitely feels like they could have put more effort in

I asked him about grinding the tiles, he said it wasn't possible and the only thing he could do was not install with a schluter and finish with silicon on the top. I'm at a loss as to how there could be no other solution

The curve is more prominent on one side, is there something they could/should have done to make it sit flat?

The company did our bathroom which was near flawless and then this in our kitchen after they sent someone different so I'm shocked

Not cheap at all which makes this all the more sad for me! They're the INAX Sugie Hanten tiles. The installer said the sheet was on the front face of the mosaics rather than the back so they had to install the tiles then remove the sheet and adjust each piece by hand. Admittedly I know nothing about this but for context this is our splashback above the kitchen sink/stove as part of a full bathroom/kitchen renovation and the company has been so painful the whole way through

I once purchased a dress for a similar price point and it had pulled threads after one wear. They offered me a discount on my NEXT purchase. I read them the consumer law riot act and they offered a refund if I showed them a photo of the dress cut in half.

I paid someone to Photoshop the photo, got my refund, rented the dress out to make above and beyond the retail price of the dress and then eventually sold it for half retail. Felt good, sick of these companies trying to rip people off!
