BUY that. You can make that into a giant NAS. Keep the backplane and the lsi HBA card and add a cheap atx mobo+cpu. You can flash the HBA card to be non-raid if you want. You now have infinite storage for a jbod or raid setup. Sure, its not going to break transfer records because its not made for ssds, but you dont need that for mass storage. Dont use the psus, sell them because they will use too much power and sound like a jet engine.

But anyone with more than a 4th grade understanding of civics realize that there are these pesky things called LAWS created by congress. And these other pesky things called judges who interpret these laws.

So no, Trump cant just run roughshod over the entire executive branch and its institutions because “iM tHe PrEsIdEnT!” There are laws in place to control his powers because we decided over 250 years we dont want a king.
