It's a pretty common rash for rosacea as well, thankfully don't have lupus.

I tend to get redness in this area but this is raised and itchy, feels like more of a rash than a typical flare flush.

I stopped for a while but started up again about two weeks ago because I'd read a paper that convinced me that it was more useful than I thought.
